3 Stone Farm

Three Stone Farm is a small family farm that strives to grow the highest quality vegetables and fruits for you and your neighbors, locally grown in Interlaken.

Blue Mammoth Doughnuts

Blue Mammoth started with a simple glazed doughnut. Then, a friend, upon hearing that a business was in the offing, requested a vegan doughnut so that her egg and dairy allergies would not stand in the way of enjoying our artisan goodness. Because we like freedom, we decided to make all of our doughnut offerings vegan. They are doughnuts. Just available to more people.
As the events and farmers’ markets passed by, there were other opportunities to offer food that more people can enjoy. By the end of the festival season of 2019, we had developed a menu with vegan and traditional options full of comfort foods that are healthier than your traditional festival fare, but still gorgeously delicious. We look forward to meeting you and sharing the love.

Bluebird Dream Farm

We are a small family farm and produce the finest Certified Organic, pastured, free-range, humanely-raised HOLIDAY/CHRISTMAS turkeys. (Certified Organic by the Northeast Organic Farming Association of NY (NOFA-NY, LLC)
Our birds are fed Certified Organic grain, start life in a huge, dry, warm barn, and when they are ready, have the freedom to roam on pastures Certified Organic by the Northeast Organic Farming Association of NY (NOFA-NY). As we grow, we hope to include T-Shirts, organic fruit, vegetables, broiler chickens, rabbit, hogs, and many value-added products.

We love our Ithaca/ Greater Finger Lakes community, and so the dream is to help awaken the sleeping giant of local agriculture to its full potential of clean, healthy, sustainable, and environmentally friendly food. The dream is to learn from and enhance the already existing network of positive, like-minded New Yorkers to create a stable, organic food system. And all along the way the dream is to help and foster the New York State Bird - the bluebird - to build a strong population.

Pendragons Bouquet

This fellow, Jonathan, has been around. With a few degrees in Soviet studies, a stint in the army, a bread and pastry baker since 1974 (Clever Hans Bakery), decades in property inspection, a decade in firefighting, he established Pendragons Bouquet as a druid styled flower farm in 2010, to which he's added gluten-free baking and shiitake growing. He persists on coming to our market, never having missed a Wednesday since 2010. Crazy! You'll find him making beautiful and tasty treats at his booth, in Collegetown, and at the farm for a number of weddings each year.

Sage Hen Farm

Sage Hen Farm began modestly in 2007 while we had a long daily commute to full-time jobs (Margaret--conservation biologist/editor; John--reference librarian). Our "niche" is diverse, mostly old, uncommon, and unusual varieties of fruits, vegetables (80 strains of garlic!), and herbs, as well as some mighty fine eggs. It's deeply fulfilling to share what we've learned with our customer-friends. We’re now “retired” and the farm is still small-scale: just two old geezers. We have not pursued organic certification but follow environmentally responsible practices: no herbicides, synthetic pesticides, or GMOs; minimal tilling and plastic; compost, mulch, and living groundcovers; and organic seeds and plants whenever possible. To conserve healthy soil and water and provide habitat for wildlife, including birds, amphibians, and insects in decline, we leave much of the farm uncultivated as wild lands. We’re members of NOFA-NY (Northeast Organic Farmers Association). 2025 will mark our 19th year as vendors at the sweet and lively Trumansburg Farmers' Market and Margaret’s 18th year on the Market Board; she's been booking the musicians since 2010. Sage Hen Farm supports access to healthy food, welcoming FMNP and SNAP customers at the Market and donating to food pantries. We're grateful for the wonderful community we and so many others have helped to create.

Sheepy Hollow

Sheepy Hollow is a cottage farm and micro-bakery that specializes in wool and sourdough. Their flock of longwool sheep grow the beautiful fleeces used in making the yarn you see at market. Small-scale offerings of sourdough and sweets as well as handcrafted soap, balms, spice and tea blends are also available on market days.
