Know Your Roots

Know Your Roots has evolved organically over the years founded in Debbie's enthusiastic sharing and a growing demand for her herbal remedies. Debbie finds deep joy in wandering the land and harvesting all the herbs during their peak. Everything is processed immediately to preserve their magical medicinal qualities and is made in small batches with endless love and intention. Her love and wonder of the natural world and how humans can harness its magic shines through during presentations as well as her products. Debbie co-owns Know Your Roots with her husband Mike.

Montour Falls Tea Company

Pendragons Bouquet

This fellow, Jonathan, has been around. With a few degrees in Soviet studies, a stint in the army, a bread and pastry baker since 1974 (Clever Hans Bakery), decades in property inspection, a decade in firefighting, he established Pendragons Bouquet as a druid styled flower farm in 2010, to which he's added gluten-free baking and shiitake growing. He persists on coming to our market, never having missed a Wednesday since 2010. Crazy! You'll find him making beautiful and tasty treats at his booth, in Collegetown, and at the farm for a number of weddings each year.

Sheepy Hollow

Sheepy Hollow is a cottage farm and micro-bakery that specializes in wool and sourdough. Their flock of longwool sheep grow the beautiful fleeces used in making the yarn you see at market. Small-scale offerings of sourdough and sweets as well as handcrafted soap, balms, spice and tea blends are also available on market days.
