Introducing the Trumansburg Community Nourishment Program

CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE - Starts May 7th

We are happy to announce that starting on May 7th, we will be offering help for our community members facing food insecurity. Funded solely by the generosity of our community’s local businesses, the Trumansburg Community Nourishment Program, or TCNP, provides $25 in Market Dollars which are good at any of our Market Vendors. They spend just like cash (though are not redeemable for cash), and our hope is that they help bridge the gap for those of us in need.

If you are facing food insecurity, just come to to the Tburg Farmers’ Market, find the Manager’s Booth, and ask for Market Dollars. We will handle the rest. Market Dollars are reusable (and made to be water and tear resistant!) so please return any unused Dollars before you leave the market so that we can have them available for the next person who needs a hand.
